Always wear a helmet, PFD, proper footwear & clothing appropriate to water & ALWAYS check the days weather conditions. LEASHES ARE DANGER DANGER! If you have any questions about leashes, google “leashes river danger”. Stay together as a group and always have your most experienced paddlers on the front and back, (lead and sweep) of the group. If someone falls off and get separated from their board, get them first and then get the board.
